Santra Rucker Sentenced to 390 Years!***messymandella***

Santra Rucker was a cute around the way girl. She had the hottest labels and freshest hairstyles. She  did not have to worry about money, she dated a baller. Santra dated a drug dealer,Darryl Glen Riley. She herself, did not sell drugs. She however, was in love with a man who gave  her the best of everything. Riley,  was a well know street hustler. However, people did come to his house for business deals. She is in prison because of her love for a drug dealer.

Santra Rucker is in prison for 390 years because of her association with her boyfriend. The sentence was so extreme that Santra did not believe it herself. She has tried everything and nothing has worked. She is still in Club Fed.

Convicted and left to rot behind prison walls. Why would she face time? The truth is,you don’t have to sell drugs. Yes, If your man is a pusher and he cohabitates with you, you selling drugs to in the eyes of the law. The sad thing is that babies are also innocent victims in a drug raid. DSS will make you work like hell to get those babies, back. I know women in my neighborhood, that are going through this struggle today. The man has been in prison for years and DSS still does follow ups to check on their parenting skills.  A girl that works at DSS told me she had no sympathy for a woman who chooses a man over her kids. I told her, if she has been in that life, you wouldn’t see it that way. I told her that you can be in love with the money and become Ray Charles to the shit. Santra loved the money.Let’s be honest, drug dealers are treated like reverends, in communities by some. However, she was not a dealer, unfortunately that is not how it’s works. You know whats happening in that house. If the police come, during a drug bust, everyone goes down. Santra found this out the hard way.

People have protested and shown support. I know Alicia Keys and others have sent Santra Rucker letters. Alicia’s Grammy Award winning video for “Fallen” video was inspired by Santra Rucker’s case.

Serial Killers  don’t get 300 years for murder. Santra  was railroaded and forgotten. The government made her example. She fell in love, with the game. The game does not love you back. The hustle is real, but greed is the motivation.

If she could do it all over again, I am sure things would be different.I am sure she would have stayed away from this life. It’s gifts, and money and power. None of this lasts forever. Santra will never see freedom, and she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The court gave her 12 Life Sentences. She has spoken to 150 politicians. This woman should be home. This is simply ridiculous. I believe if you do  the crime;Do the time! However, she fell in love with the wrong man. What would happen if everyone that dated a drug dealer was given 390 years in prison? Would you  be reading this now?

We have to get this woman out of prison…real talk. messymandella

November 13th, 2012

We have to get Santra Rucker out of prison.

It has to happen.

We could start a petition, or rant and rave, but we need action.

The system is hard to crack.

There are non-profit organizations that will help provide legal support for those in need.

I am going to send some letters to different organizations.

I am hoping that we can come together and release her from “The Belly Of The Beast.”

390 Years is mental and physical Slavery.

This woman is on my mind every day…

You deserve a magnificent chance to magnify your potential with love and acceptance.
People are not born with hatred and bigotry and here is proof.
Everyone has the willpower to love!
We did not pick the color of our skin, and we can’t pick who steals our heart.
Should you miss out on life, because of someone telling you that you don’t deserve it!
Children have parents, that parental unit must give shelter, food, and knowledge to make this world a unified place. Why do we assume that WE have all the answers?
You have the right to provide love to a child, and if you open your heart and loving ability does it matter?

Alley Boy (East Atlanta)

Dear Alley Boy,

I hope you are just a studio gangsta, and don’t believe your own garbage.

I really hope like hell you don’t have 15 years old and 16-year-old shooters!

Have you have heard of Cragg and David Hardaway?

They were two brothers that murdered eleven year old Robert “Yummy Sandifer.

http://messymandella.com/2013/10/01/robert-yummy-sandifers-killers/

I usually don’t  say anything when adults corrupt each other, ignorance is contagious!

Yeah, don’t see myself doing whatever you say!

Music is expression, until you recruit young shooters.

You call yourself the Street Illuminati?

Well, you know that the organizations you speak of put Hadiya, Janiya, Robert “Yummy” Sandifer in a casket, right!

Find better role models.

Selling your soul for short-term gratification on earth is vile and selfish.

I know you have millions of people will agree with what you say but it only takes a few to speak up and make that change.

No one speaks on homicide among our people, for fear of losing their own life.

I would rather lose my life, than my soul.

I know our streets have more violence than the Vietnam War,but we just keep dancing…

Our  gang affiliated generation leaves a shameful legacy behind.

We just keep dancing…

We jump up in down to genocide of our people because it has an auto tune and repetitive  beat.

No time to listen to the lyrics about Children and crime.

You should be proud…

I hope no one is DUMB enough to “Do Whatever You Say.”

I am a feminist and activist, and speak my mind.

I hope this letter finds you in good spirits.

I hope all of your teenager shooters are doing their middle school homework and not using Google Maps to locate my residence.

Don’t come for Me!

Your Sister In Christ,

I Held His Hand, And He Became A Murderer With A Life Sentence?***messymandella***

hard      MESSAGE! This is the little boy is the second pic on the right. Growing  up in our little southern neighborhood everyone would watch everyone’s back, and protect each other at all costs. The little boy I would watch play outside and even hold his hand as he crossed the street is now behind bars with a LIFE sentence.

He grew up with a Single Mother all year, but he would beg and cry to be with his grandmother and his dad‘s sides of the family. His father would barely be around to watch him sleep or wake up, because the Hustle was his first love. This little boy was raised with  an image of what a man was suppose to be, and he himself wanted to also become a “businessman.” The little boy ‘s dad had beautiful women, clothes, and plenty of guns. His son, that once sweet little boy immortalized his father. As he became older and would still come around us in the Summer, we would still make sure he had food to eat, and would stay out of trouble when he was in our presence. He was very respectful, and a nice little boy that would do anything you asked. So why did he end up in prison for life? He wanted to be a business man but he couldn’t do that working at Subway making sandwiches. He quit and went wild as the wind, so wild that we would ask where is he and no one would know?

The last time I saw him as as a free man he was in the gas station. He walked up to me with a smile and respect, ALWAYS respectful of me! He saw me smiled and  gave a big hug and a kiss on the cheek and said, “Hey, beautiful little lady.”  I looked right in his eyes and said, “You had me worried about your tall ass, where the hell you been?” I was worried for a while. He said to me “Doing my thang, big things happening and he pulled out a roll of money and paid for my stuff too.”

I laughed and said “Stay out of trouble!” and I hugged him tight and he said “love you” and I said “Love you too, always.” He to this day confuses  me to this day. Was he a Sociopath the entire time? Did the drugs and influence make him lose empathy?  Why was he so shy as a  baby and bold as an adult?  His  life had taken a turn that he himself did not want any of us to know about, he wanted to be in gang. He had to prove his allegiance to the gang by getting a body, killing someone. All gang members don’t have to murder someone. Some get jumped in and raped in, but this little boy wanted to climb the Gang Ladder to the top. He was proud of joining a gang.

No one knew that he had the capacity to kill someone. He decided to kill my friends husband, and it was planned without the knowledge of the other three burglars. I will show parts of the story, but I will without privacy out of respect. When the little boy told some of our neighborhood kids that he ran the streets with he wanted to rob this  terminally ill man it was suppose to be a 10 minute scheme, in and out.  He  knew  that the victim would not suspect a thing because they were always over there on the porch and smiling in his face. He incorporated 3 other people  in this massacre (the boy in the top left) planned to leave and go to the army the next week, the mans niece(was the niece of my friend and had free rein at the house and even would spend the night. The lighter skin boy was here to visit his family for a week and was roped in to the caper. He was not from the neighborhood. He  was just visiting his relatives,  in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Two of the children went to the back of the house, and he and the other boy went up the front of the stairs in front of the house with the gun and he says, “F8cK that we gonna kill this cracker!” As soon as the victim  opened the door and saw the gun he was shot in the chest and his last words were “No, Oh Shit,Why?” He was shot three times and that little boy that held MY hand kicked him in the head and said, “mu*&afuc**er dead.” The initial plan was for the  other three to hold him why the other two robbed him. Then it became a murder and they were crying and arguing, but they were already accessories to the crime. Everyone realized that he planned to kill him from the beginning. In that little moment it went from a robbery and in to a murder.

When my friend arrives at her home she finds him dead, she calls his mom to inform her of the death and the mom frantically cries and screams and jumps into her car an hour later she was dead too.   The mom was in a hurry to see her dead son’s aid to find out details. She was so upset that she had a wreck, and died before she got to see her son’s body.  Here is the link http://www.wistv.com/story/15863989/mother-and-son-killed-on-same-day?clienttype=printable!

This one gang initiation destroyed a family, that  had to plan two funerals the same week. That little boy finds out that the victim’s mom died too and kisses his gun and gloats “Now I have two bodies for the price of one.”  When all four were arrested they were separated but all confessed the exact story details, except the little boy. They all received 8-15 years but he received life because he pulled the trigger, and lied. They other three were ONLY in that mess to get the victims pain pills and money, not his life.

Once they went to trial the little boy used the “I wasn’t there” defense, and  still pretended not to know my friend, and had this cocky demeanor  accompanied with this”I am going to be free” mentality. The prosecution used his Facebook post to convict him. He basically snitched on himself. People use social media to understand your character, when you apply for job and for murders. They had him in pictures in his bandanna  and throwing up gang signs. Those images and his demeanor poisoned the jury, and that was part of the reason he wasnt even given 24 years like some  murderers. They also mentioned the mom dying on the way to the murder scene. So he was blamed for Victims’ murder and the Mom’s car accident. By law, he did not murder the mom, but most people thought she would have never left, if that death of her son wouldn’t have taken place. Some wonder did she have a heart attack at the wheel , or was just speeding too fast because of the little boys actions?

WHY? I can’t only  blame on the fact that his father ignored him at times to hustle. Gangs target unloved individuals that need respect. Now it is a mess, and I want to know what happened to change him into this person, or was he a master of manipulation? He also had a girl   impregnated. He has life, she can’t be with him, and he saw his son  the first and last time when he was sentenced to prison.

Where the hell is that gang now? They aren’t paying his bills or breaking bread with his chick and child. They used him, and now he finally realizes that now, but he is gone forever ineligible for parole. His grandmother put a lien on her home an also turned in family vehicles to find a winning lawyer to free that little boy. If he was in a gang you would assume they would also donate some money, but of course they didn’t!

We wanted him to go to college or find a job and settle down, but that street life was his addiction and  that gang life was his downfall.

He tasted a piece of the “Devils Pie” and now he sleeps in the “Belly Of The Beast.”

Meet Wayne “Silk”Perry From JAYZ’s “Tom Ford” ***messymandella***

When you have  a  thrill for power and unending greed within you will annihilate anyone that trespasses in to your greedy territory. You will cheat, embellish, pretend, and use people as long as that moment of annihilation will send you to the top. Everyone wants to live like a king. Rich Porter wanted to live and  support his family. Meet many women and share the stage with  his partners. Azie Fiason just wanted to  put Harlem on his back and show love to all the neighborhood people who would never  have a chance to even imagine thousands and million dollars.

Cain and Able

Cain and Able

Life and money killed everyone’s dream. It also made Wayne “Silk” Perry the force behind Alpo Martinez short deceitful and crime ridden rise to the top. You have read my story and seen the movies and documentaries. Now meet Wayne Perry! wperry1-288x300

Murder has to have these characteristics according to William Blackstone, Check out Wikipedia

The elements of common law murder are:

  1. Unlawful
  2. killing
  3. of a human
  4. by another human
  5. with malice aforethought.[4]

The Unlawful – This distinguishes murder from killings that are done within the boundaries of law, such as an execution, justified self-defense, or the killing of enemy soldiers during a war.[5]
Killing – At common law life ended with cardiopulmonary arrest[4] – the total and permanent cessation of blood circulation and respiration.[4] With advances in medical technology courts have adopted irreversible cessation of all brain function as marking the end of life.[4]
of a human – This element presents the issue of when life begins. At common law a fetus was not a human being. Life began when the fetus passed through the birth canal and took its first breath.[4]
by another human – at early common law suicide was considered murder.[4] The requirement that the person killed be someone other than the perpetrator excluded suicide from the definition of murder.
with malice aforethought – originally malice aforethought carried its everyday meaning – a deliberate and premeditated killing of another motivated by ill will. Murder necessarily required that an appreciable time pass between the formation and execution of the intent to kill. The courts broadened the scope of murder by eliminating the requirement of actual premeditation and deliberation as well as true malice. All that was required for malice aforethought to exist is that the perpetrator act with one of the four states of mind that constitutes “malice.”

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder

Wayne  Perry  was the perfect “Poster Boy” for murder and destruction of the community devastated by the Crack  Game.  No one will ever remain on top. Most men in the Game employ a Sociopath to implement  malevolence  to keep the innocent in line, and quiet. Millions of unmarked money  and drugs are flooded into the streets of Washington D.C. , Harlem also breathed a sigh of relief that everyone was connected thanks to Alpo Martinez, who was the connection that made sure everyone was “Paid In Full.” Wayne  Perry wallowed in his own self-glorification when it came to the code of the streets.

When Wayne executed his targets he enjoyed that uneasiness he left his witness with, as they would  watch a human target take his last breath. “Silk” would also perform his discipline and killings in broad day light. He enjoyed a crowd. Wayne would shoot other dealers in front of other police officer. Nothing and no one vexed “Silk” and the Washington D.C. Dealers knew that if he was paid to kill you, that you were a memory, Wayne would wait in the yards of his prey and would put bullets in their head. People were dying everywhere even in Detroit, and Wayne Perry was the name that was mentioned.  Stories have been told about Wayne and his extortion of everyone, not just drug dealers, but business owners and white-collar hustlers too. He had at least 30 people under him that could also extend the arm of street justice.

Alpo Martinez, the murderer of Rich Porter, and his baby brother Donnell Porter who also was a casualty behind Alpo Martinez greed.  This  infamous Harlem Snitch used Wayne for protection and for murdering people who would infiltrate the Drug Game that he himself  was about to end.  When the FEDS rolled on Alpo, of course Alpo blamed Wayne Porter. Wayne Porter  heartless, greedy, and Callous Murderer took all the charges, and never said a word. There was  zero dignity for human life, but honor and code among the streets.  Alpo Martinez will never have that “Street Love” and in  ”The Code Of The Streets” that will always remain untouched.  Then reality visits this story, and you realize hood law or not they are still two black fools behind bars, who will be there until “The Resurrection.” Wayne Perry received 5 Life Sentences.

What exactly did these men gain? We’ll we know Wayne Perry was name checked in Jay-Z‘s “Tom Ford” but his ass still in prison. Alpo Martinez has a movie documenting his down fall and killing of one of his best friends. “Paid In Full.”.Neither one of these men are free. That money they made was pure commerce, and a crippling force in their community. What did they even do this for, and the people they murdered still have not given them freedom or a new chance at life. The game is a trap, you want to survive. If you survive, according to statistics you will be a repeat customer of the judicial system. Yes, You too will have the commissary game on lock!

In March of 1994, 32-year old ‘Silk’ Perry Shackled and handcuffed. This arrest would be the end of his reign. He would be a Slave forever. Now we a young rapper using his name as a Pseudonym to gain fame. We keep poisoning our youth, and they treat Wayne as a Revered Symbol of Manhood. A man can walk, sleep, and eat when he wants. Wayne Perry is a Slave, betrayed by his own G. When you ride for someone no matter what. ask yourself will they ride for you? Then remember this story.

Why Should You Hate Griselda Blanco”The Cocaine GodMother?” ***messymandella***

Dear Godmother,

Griselda, Griselda, Griseldam you were a terrible woman who pretty much got what you deserved. It’s just too damn bad it didn’t happen while you were in Florida. In  the 1980′s  you ran rampant with the notorious killers in your Medellin Cartel. You were once sexy, but after rough living and Cocaine destroyed your looks you became a ”Shrek Faced Ogre”.You lost your sanity from all the women, murder, and money. Too bad you could not really kick, that pesky snow blowing habit.

Before

You reportedly ordered over 250 murders. You laughed when you knew that you missed your intended target, but killed his toddler son instead. You were credited for inventing the motorcycle assassination and that is how you died. Congratulations, I guess your invention works?

After

Even after you killed other people’s children, and raped and violated women because no one wanted to screw you, some fools idolize you. I know Lil Kim pays homage to you. She calls herself the “Cocaine Godmother” and “Kimmy Blanco. ” Then again, Nicki Minaj brags about being a “Young Yummy?” That is not a good thing in any sense, another awful alias chose. Yummy lost his life at the young age of 11 years old and was shot in a tunnel.  I know its a rap culture to have criminal role models. I know I will never hear of anyone with an alias ” Wayne Brady” or ”Condoleezza Rice” because they actually have jobs and pressing combs.

Griselda, you also are responsible for death and destruction of children and wives of rivals, only after you used brutal torture methods while STILL inhaling “booger sugar.”

You never felt any remorse for any of your crimes you committed as long as you still had cocaine and power.

You raped women and then would murder them in a horrendous sadistic manner.

This is who people idolize?

Please read up on the alias you choose, just to guarantee that is the legend that YOU want to emulate.

Griselda, you  could always hide in the crime underworld, until you met Karma.

All good things come to an end.

That Cocaine made you lose your sanity, and gave you extra chins.

Oh horrible sad pathetic woman you were also a  walking septic tank.

I’m sure its pretty hot where you are now..

I hope you remembered your gasoline and suntan lotion.

Wishing you the worst in your after life.

Rappers, please find better role models!

Your Enemy,

Senorita Messy

R.I.P: Rapper Doe B (Glenn Thomas) Knew He Was In Danger…***messymandella***Pastor Troy

While  listening  to “Pray for me” it  is easy to recognize the discernment in his voice and very disturbing to understand Doe B predicted his death.  Watch his mannerism and his look of acceptance that one day soon, he would die. Doe B is rapping from his inner defeat and asking for help. He is wearing his heart on his sleeve and those are his genuine feelings.”Pray For Me” is an example of a haunted man after his intuition soared into high gear, and from that he predicted his own demise. After he was shot in the eye and he survived he was supposed to be a victim that lived through the attempt on his life. He discussed this shooting in interviews. Doe B fell into the trap of a ‘hood friendship‘ and that is the cause of many deaths in the Urban Jungle while we fight an invisible war. Just because someone goes to  the strip club with you, smokes with you, or fronts you a package that does not make them your friend.  If anything that could be your enemy because they get booked who do you think they are going to give up to save themselves? In this case with Doe B his killer is in his music video. Proof that at the end of the day when those guns come out it’s always “Every man for himself.”

In the video treatment  for the video “Pray For Me” notice his body language of surrendering and being at terms with his situation. He predicted his future impending death but he still wanted prayer. HE was coming to terms with it, like Tupac Shakur in his video for his song “Mad At Cha” when he is singing from heaven, but makes it clear that he was going to accept death and did not want anyone to feel responsible for what happened to him. Now that Doe B’s head is down he is begging for forgiveness. He walked through the funeral setting with a look of realization of his own potential home, soon. He sensed his own demise and came to terms with the fact that  God had a date for him. Doe B had that feeling that some inherit that can intuitively foreshadow his expiration date was near. He didn’t want to murder anyone. All Doe B wanted to accomplish was success in the industry, but once you in the streets that grip is as addictive as a crack pipe to a crackhead. You refuse to leave it alone. Death was waiting on him and he couldn’t shake that feeling. I pray for his family and for T.I. and the rest of Grand Hustle. He lost his best friend Phil to some stupid street mess too, undoubtedly!

Why is Doe B sleeping in a casket?

He is dead because we are stupid.

We in the United States  of America have created a war of assholes. We have people that pretend that they actually have a war and they are killing for a cause. We are stupid. They didn’t have stupidity to this degree until the “Crack Epidemic.” Now we have programmed ourselves to shoot before we get shot. Why are we shooting? Once again absolutely no reason.

We are dumb!

We believe in our lives that we can’t go to the store without a gun because fools have to shoot to keep it “real” because you have brainwashed to think that  your brother is your enemy!

I am going to say this one more time!

We do not have an official war we let stupidity turn us into battery operated baboons, that will murder and go to prison for keeping it “Real.”

R.I.P. Doe B with love for your talent and you determination.

You died for no damn reason! You deserved better!

For Kyam Livingston *For The Livingston Family! ***messymandella***

This is a letter I received from the family of Kyam. They had a march on 21st and I was not able to come but I wanted them to know they were in my thoughts and prayers with LOVE!
Thank you for telling the story of my relative, Kyam Livingston. Our family understands that medical neglect as a form of punishment in our city’s holding pens is nothing new.

That’s why, in addition to demanding justice for Kyam we are asking for changes in the arraignment process and in the inhumane and filthy conditions in central booking holding cells.

To that end, we are having a Community Speakout on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 6 p.m. at the Flatbush Reformed Church, 890 Flatbush Avenue (at Church Avenue), in Brooklyn, NY.

If you are an organizer and you are concerned about how citizens (mainly citizens of color) in NY are treated as they wait to see if they will even be charged with any crime, please join us.

If you have been through the arraignment process and have a story to tell us about your experience or an experience you witnessed while in central bookings, we urge you to come before your elected officials and tell your story.

For more information about this event, email us at Justice4Kyam@gmail.com.The restraining order only said that Kyam couldn’t be drinking or arguing loudly with her grandmother in the home the two women shared.

Kyam had been out at a birthday party for her boyfriend on that Saturday night and had a few drinks. She came into the apartment to shower and go back out again.

When she came into the apartment there was a VERBAL DISAGREEMENT between her and her grandmother over a remote control she was accused of breaking.

The argument ENDED and Kyam went in to take her shower.

When she got out of the shower there were two officers from the local precinct there to arrest her for allegedly having violated the restraining order.

The allegations that she went buck wild and destroyed property are hearsay.

The allegations that Kyam was alcoholic are also hearsay.

Kyam never had a chance to tell her side of the story in court because she was executed by the police prior to coming before a judge.

However, her mom, Ms. Anita Neal, was on the phone with Kyam during the entire incident (and can prove it) and has explained the other side of the story.

Reblogged* Robert Yummy Sandifer’s Killers***messymandella***

The Story of Robert “Yummy” Sandifer still haunts Chicago.Maybe its because of an 11 year old life being a killer, and being killed the same week?http://messymandella.com/2012/05/18/the-death-of-robert-yummy-sandifer/However, the killers were the Hardaway Brothers,Derrick 14 Cragg 16.These brothers are still in prison for the murder of Robert “Yummy” Sandifer. However, they were also kids that were told by the leader of Black Gangsta Disciples to get rid of “Yummy.” They told the 11-year-old they were going to take him to a spot, because the local news and the police were looking for “Yummy” was wanted for the murder of Shavon Dean. Cragg and Derrick had to kill him.The murdering boys never had a chance to live, flourish, or contribute anything to society.

Derrick Hardaway

“Yummy” was wanted, and he wanted his mommy. He used a phone to call his grandmother Janie Fields, and 2 hours later he was gone, forever. See they were 3 little boys that were influenced by an adult piece of shit, that used them for his own financial needs. There are many Derrick and Cragg’s in prison right now.Everything you do, trust, there are little “Yummy’s”, Cragg’s, and Derrick’s studying your every move. I am convinced love and admiration were the reason “Yummy” trusted them. These brother’s feared death penalty. However, a plea to live was given to these brothers. Who would take it all back if they could?

Poor Janie Fields thought she could get to “Yummy” in time. Her older neighbor told her he was going to wait for her to come get him.Janie packed his clothes up and traveled the neighborhood looking for her grandson. When she reached the house he called from, she thought it was a prank. The lady assured her that “Yummy” was there on her porch. He was waiting for his Grandmother, that he called “mom”. Yes, he was there, but left for his last ride. Not having any positive men in his life, he assumed the Hardaway boys were going to help him.

Cragg Hardaway

Instead , they took “Yummy” to a Pedestrian tunnel and shot him in his head twice. There is a noticeable cut on his face at his funeral where the bullet ended his life. The murder was a travesty because of the two lost lives that were also manipulated for gang violence. These boys were also still children.

Now, the question is why did these boys get manipulated into ruining their lives forever? They wanted to belong, and followed by example. All three children lost their lives on that day. Scared little boys admitted they did kill their friend. However, the man who ordered the hit could not be found. Some argue that they knew what they were doing. Well, the decisions you thought were right back in the day, seem stupid now.Life as you know, can change with a blink of an eye. “Yummy” was on a porch, and later riding in the back of the car hiding with his older “BGD” Members,to his own execution. These are the killers of Robert “Yummy” Sandifer” and this can serve as an example.”Yummy” died too soon, but at least his story lives for decades to come. I hope it saves someone’s life.

Derrick didn’t have an education. 2 months out of elementary school, never even entered High School. When asked about the murder Derrick stated, “The 14-year-old was blind…hardheaded know it all that had dreams of becoming a drug dealer.”The gang violence that seems glamourized by some of our favorite rappers, hides the fact of the “Yummy’s”, and lest us not forget Shavon Dean’s,that are collateral damage.

There are parties and events that I won’t go to(They think I anti-social),because of shooting and fighting. It never fails, someone starts shooting.Bullets have no name. If I pack to go somewhere, I don’t pack a gun.Knowing that many shoot outs happen at parties and events I stay away.My life is too precious. Children killing and becoming killers seem to be a cycle in many impoverished and urban neighborhoods.

Why should we care about something that happened so long ago? We’ll it is still happening. Everyone failed these boys in life, and they had the wrong people raising them, and awful examples of men. These children were lost and alone, and it made it easy to manipulate them. I can’t even imagine being in prison since 1996, or 1997.That is not my reality. However, it sadly is, for Cragg and Derrick Hardaway. How can you help save the lives of little children? Let them know the story of “Yummy”.Some mothers took off early for work to see the open casket of Robert”Yummy” Sandifer. They dragged their scared kids by their side to witness what could happen to them. They knew this life was a prime example of what can happen when you join gangs, and lead a life of crime. How long are we going to pretend that every cause does not have an effect? We have to lead by example. We have to stand together, and even if Yummy gives you nightmares.Remember his 11-year-old life on earth was a nightmare. I have pledged to help young men and women know their self-worth. We can start programs, or take 10 minutes, to let a child know we want them to have the best.Ten months before his death during his psychological exam at a state-run shelter for children, Robert “Yummy” Sandifer was asked to complete this sentence: “I am very . . .”

His answer: “sick.”

My Happiness is my own, you can be a part of it , if you would like to be!

No matter what happens in my life,  I have to decide how I will deal with it on a daily basis but not let it consume my existence.

I need love and understanding,  just like you!

Are you around people who want you to change the world?

Do you believe that your voice should be heard?

I do!

I believe that we have the government and our moral and religious codes that enable us to decide what we create in life!

You also have to plant that seed of humanity to grow!

I don’t sleep with married men, steal, kill, or snatch lace-fronts!

Those are things that remain part of my strong belief system.

Then there is that side of me that my parents say was a little distracting…

I would run away with my teddy bear, Rail Road Pup.

I would give strangers wrong names so it would take longer for my parent to find me after I ran away.

I would clap when my parents would find me, like it was a game or some mission.

I could have ended up on America’s Most Wanted!

On many occasions, I would also run down the street, by unlocking the door knob.

I was too damn short to close it back…

Yes, I would leave it flying open!

My dad said I would smirk at him before I would throw mashed potatoes on the wall of any restaurant!

He claimed that I knew EXACTLY what I was doing!

If you know me now,  you would know some things don’t change.

So,  Maybe I  got a little “Sasha Fierce” (No Illuminati) inside of me!

Do you?

When Children Kill Children: Boy, 11, Is Wanted in Chicago

By DON TERRY Published: September 01, 1994

Someone stepped out of the shadows between two storefront churches on the city’s far South Side the other night and started shooting wildly at a knot of teenagers playing football.

When the gunfire stopped, a 14-year-old girl lay dead, killed by a bullet apparently meant for someone else. At first, the shooting appeared to be another senseless, though increasingly common, story of an innocent slaughtered in the street.

But the slaying of Shavon Dean has become more than that. It has shaken this city and made many here fear for the future, not because of the victim’s tender years but because of the even younger age of her suspected killer, an 11-year-old boy.

The suspect, who police say belongs to a gang, stands 4-foot-8, sports a tattoo that says “I love mommy” and has an arrest record that could belong to a middle-age thug.

And ever since the shooting last Sunday night, the boy has eluded the police and their growing child-hunt.

“This is a tragedy for everybody on both sides,” Shavon’s aunt, Ida Falls, said today. “That boy is 11 years old. He don’t know no better. The gangs tell him what to do and he does it. He’s just a child, a child that killed a child.”

The boy, who has not been identified by the police because of his age, lived around the corner from Shavon and is known in the neighborhood for causing trouble. He is also a suspect in the shooting and wounding of a teen-age boy earlier on Sunday in another skirmish in what seems like a never-ending gang war here.

But gun play and funerals are not confined to big cities and their street gangs. In the apple-growing community of Wenatchee, Wash., about 160 miles east of Seattle, two 12-year-old boys were recently accused of killing a 50-year-old migrant farm worker.

The boys, the police say, shot the man 18 times with two stolen pistols after he told them to stop making noise and, they boys said, threw a rock at them.

In each case, the common thread is the ability of children to get their hands on guns.

Shavon Dean lived in a working-class neighborhood of single-story homes with neat lawns. But so much gunfire had rattled the area in the days leading up to her slaying, residents say, that most parents were telling their children to stay on their tree-shaded street — where it was supposed to be safe. One of the churches on 108th Street had even erected a curbside basketball hoop so that teen-agers on the block would not have to go to school to play and risk being caught in a crossfire.

“When I was coming up,” said Kenneth Reed, 22, “I had role models, somebody to look up to. It ain’t that way any more. Now, you look up to the person with the biggest gun.”

The 11-year-old boy wanted in Shavon’s death has the kind of scarred personal background often associated with later violence.

“This is a tragic, tragic case” the Cook County Public Guardian, Patrick T. Murphy, who represents children and the elderly in the courts, said today. “This is a kid who has had nothing going for him his entire life.”

The boy grew up amid gangs, drugs and rising unemployment. Mr. Murphy said the boy’s mother was 15 when she first gave birth; she was 18 when he was born. Martha Allen, a spokeswoman for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, said that when the boy’s mother was 21 he and four of his siblings were taken from her because of neglect and, in the cold code of bureaucracy, “risk of harm.”.

The boy and his siblings were placed in the custody of their grandmother, who is now 46. She told The Chicago Sun-Times: “They are lying that he is supposed to have done some shooting. He’s a nice kid, until he gets with the wrong group.” ‘A Time Bomb

Of course this is her killer the 11-Year-Old  Robert Yummy Sandifer being laid to rest after the Black Disciples ordered a hit on him for fear of him snitching.

I have to tell the313 story, of Robert”Yummy Sandifer as the victim, but also as the murderer. The life of Shavon Dean’s ended while walking home with her cousin. She is a the catalyst that started the nightmare on Roseland. Robert Yummy Sandifer Story has been the story that kept me out at night. This story is embedded in my life forever. Shavon’s life was important, but she also is a ghost of Gang Violence. She lost her life, sadly on one somber night that will remain a part of mournful history.During The black night, on the lonely heavily destructive neighborhood of Rosewood, Yummy shot and killed Shavon Dean. We know that is a common gang ridden area in Chicago, Illinoise.Robert “Yummy” Sandifer decided he wanted to be a full fledge member of “The Black Disciples.” After he shot in the crowd, and wounded some, Shavon wasn’t as lucky. Here is a link to the story. http://mediaburn.org/video/robert-sandifer-murder-case-5/#video

Now Shavon Dean will be a reminder of senseless gang violence. You will always live in a world of money, evil, and manipulation. Both children died the same week because of a Gang. No one lived long enough to enter High School. The Hardaway brothers are now in prison, since teens. The streets if Chicago, are still a gang nightmare for all of the residents, that just want peace. Shavon entered the dirt, and so did “Yummy.”They are laying in a casket, and resting before even entering puberty. I have reached a decision that its time to find the man that ordered the hit on Robert Yummy Sandifer life. Who told the 11 year old boy to even shoot in the crowd. Who ordered Yummy’s Hit on His Life?

Theses children preceded the beautiful little Angel, Johnylah Watkins!

It’s time to give Shavon Dean justice, and Robert Yummy Sandifer’s death can finally be avenged.

It’s time to locate the gang member that ordered Robert Yummy Sandifer’s life.

Chief Keef and all those little boys are not the first gang members to possibly responsible for  murder.

Roseland was taken over by the Crack Epidemic and you either sold it, or used it.

Those were the only options that they assumed as young men.

Now those same streets carry the same destiny to all that enter Gang Territory.

Lil JoJo was murdered near an aqueduct in Chicago 2012 and Robert Yummy Sandifer murdered in 1994.

The violence has only escalated.

Who is responsible for the downfall of the Hardaway Brothers?

Yummy pulled the trigger, but who ordered the hit?

Who put  both of those babies  in harms way?

Who lied to them about loyalty?

How many babies, teens, and Shavon Dean’s have to enter eternal sleep, before we say no to gang violence? When will it end? Thank God there is no Statue Of Limitations for murder.

Please find the bastard that decided that a child’s life meant nothing.

The Phillip C. Pannell Preview: Trayvon Martin Was Not The First…***messymandella***

Phillip C. Pannell

Phillip C. Pannell

I am sitting here trying to locate the words to even describe the  emotions and heart ache for this stranger that is yet familiar. I feel a connection to Phillip, as I did when I first wrote the story of Robert “Yummy” Sandifer that thousands have read. I am feeling that uneasy lost of justice that I feel  when I first glanced little “Yummy” in that huge suit, sleeping in his casket.

The new generation needs to hear the story of Phillip C Pannell.

Something has to be done to find peace that stolen on April 10,1990.

“A little boy was playing in  Bryant Park with his friends in New Jersey and he lost his life because officer Gary Spath, thought he had a gun…”

I was going to release the story tonight but not until I feel that Phillip’s family would appreciate reading this and the others who want his life story to be told to the world.  I just happened to be reading a story and came across a story about “Teaneck” and can’t seem to think of anything else…

Phillip is one of the numerous  Trayvon’s that the news could have cared less about, and that hurts more than anything.

I can’t find video footage  just pictures…

His life was worth more than that  to me, and hopefully you!

You have to  realize that this will  keep happening!

We have to remember our babies that were murdered!

What will we do to speak up for  Phillip?

His life meant something to someone.

Even if it is the year  2014.

I don’t care when he died,  my concern is how he died?

I know some marched but we can still evoke justice in other ways. I don’t care what he did in his short life, he did not deserve a forgotten story in a news column and a  murder covered up by those who can alter the truth!  Those people who  can sleep better at night, while WE cry for justice..

I have tears and familiarity for  a boy I never met, and that means his legacy still has a chance of vindication.

I want to make Phillip proud!

Phillip, I am hugging you while you are in heaven.

This angel has more of a story than I even imagined. I will do my best to make sure it is told, and that his memory is restored. My intuition won’t allow me to finish tonight, because so many avenues, and so many injustices that were caused in his life never received justice. Now his story can come to life!

Donald Goines

Donald Goines (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Donald Goines books were introduced to me five years ago, and I am captivated by his personalized admission of his own insecurities and shame of not being able to leave the drug game behind to focus on all other aspects of the culture. If you have never read a Donald Goines book, be advised no topic is overlooked. He takes your mind to the depravity that haunts you in your nightmares.

The protagonist in his novels are a little too real…

Could he have been too real to the dealers and hustlers in the neighborhood? Sometimes a fictional character can be a carbon copy of the man down the street. In a sense this could have caused his demise, because some of his novels were written behind bars. Could they have assumed he was snitching? Yes, he could have assumed that he world knew he was discussing to create a buzz for his books?

“Donald Goines was born in Detroit to a relatively comfortable family – his parents, Joseph and Myrtle Goines, owned a local dry cleaner, and he did not have problems with the law or drugs. The children occasionally helped at the shop. Goines attended Catholic elementary school and was expected to go into his family’s laundry business. Instead Goines enlisted in the US Air Force, and to get in he had to lie his age. From 1952 to 1955 he served in the army. During this period he got hooked on heroin. When he returned to Detroit from Japan, he was a heroin addict.

The next 15 years from 1955 Goines spent pimping, robbing, stealing, bootlegging, and running numbers, or doing time. His seven prison sentences totaled 6,5 years. While in jail in the 1960s he first attempted to write Westerns without much success – he loved cowboy movies. A few years later, serving a different sentence at a different prison, he was introduced to the work of Iceberg Slim (Robert Beck). Before his release, Goines finished two books, Dopefiend (1971) and the semi-autobiographical Whoreson (1972). The latter novel was a story about the son of a prostitute who becomes a Detroit ghetto pimp. Also Beck’s first book, Pimp: The Story of My Life (1967), was autobiographical. Goines was released in 1970, after which he wrote 16 novels with Holloway House, Iceberg Slim’s publisher. Hoping to get rid of surroundings – he was back on smack – he moved with his family to the Los Angeles ghetto of Watts.”-A.L. Clarke

121 January 11,2003,  Terrance  Williams  wanted to go out, but  did have legal cause to drive his vehicle. Terrance calls roommate because he  is scared to drive home, too many cops. Terrance  does not come home that night. His roommate assumes he was with a woman. Next monday, Terrance roommates calls random phone numbers in phone.People who were at the party, knew he left around 6 am. 24 hours later, Terrance’s roommate sends email to Terrance’s mom worried. Wednesday, he is missing for 48 hours. Of course, they are starting to panicked. 27-year-old Terrance williams  was never seen again. None of his friends  are able to contact him. Terrance had a couple of DUIs, and could not register his White Cadillac in Florida. He  depended on his mom and friends to get him back and forth for work. He would  sneak  and drive his vehicle out of desperation. However, driving illegal should never lead to a  disappearance. Once the friends and family  could not find him  in Naples, Florida they contacted relatives in his home state of Tennessee.

They called the local  sheriff  (deputy Steve Calkins) who signed the towing receipt. Oddly, the deputy never reported towing the vehicle  his Police Department. Steve Calkins is a seasoned police officer. He knew proper procedures that he was expected to follow, as a an officer. He denied “remembering” towing the car. The craziest part is Calkins  has been a law enforcer  for over 17 years. Steve Calkins is full of shit. There is no way in hell that a police officer could not remember towing a white Cadillac, 4 days before.

Marcia Williams wants justice for her son. No one has seen Terrance Williams, since January 11, 2003. Steve Calkins , has done this  before. Felipe Santos has also disapeared. The last person to see Felipe Santos was of course, Steve Calkins. Felipe disappeared 3 months before Terrance Williams. This is outrageous and not a damn  coincidence. Steve Calkins, needs to receive his punishment. Felipe Santos and Terrance Willams were never seen after meeting Deputy Steve Calkins. I wonder how many others have suffered the same fate?

This is story needs wings. 4 children, deserve to put their daddy to rest. Terrance loved his family and paid child support on all 4 of his children. Terrance  and Felipe families need closure. Tyler Perry is offering  $100,000 for any information that leads to recovering  Terrance and Felipe.

I forget to mention, Steve Calkins was recorded calling the vehicle in the video towed, he called in a “Signal 11″ which means abandoned vehicle. You can’t have an abandoned vehicle if you spoke to the driver of the vehicle.Terrance Williams is clearly heard speaking to Calkins in a recording, from his Cop Car. Yes, he is   recorded on the phone talking to  Steve Calkins, and he also said that he was joking when he said it was “abandoned” and a “homie ” vehicle. There is nothing funny about this situation. Steve Calkins has been fired, because of  polygraph and conflicting stories. Just think this happened after Civil Rights Movement and  Jim Crow. This should not have in our decade. The lack of coverage for this case, is sickening and disgusting. I wish their  live were deemed newsworthy…

I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH! FEDS MAGAZINE ran the story. I read it and made it my mission, and you also took your time to tell people her story. messymandella.com is not in vain.

I LOVE YA’LL FOR LOVING HER!

FROM 13 LIFE SENTENCES! SHE HAS A DATE! 10/24/2024!
DON’T REST- COMMUNATION IS NEXT!
SANTRA LAVONNE RUCKER
Register Number: 34932-083
Age: 45
Race: Black
Sex: Female
Located at: Aliceville FCI
Release Date: 10/24/2024

Will she stand by your side after the money is gone?

Will you post his bail if he catches a charge, and will he learn his lesson this time?

When the money gets slack will she have your back, or choose another boss?

Will he promise not to make a fool out of you for demonstrating your allegiance to him? You have to have trust. If a woman has known you are facing charges and she stands by you, that is real. Tramps don’t care, Once the thot juice evaporates, the true one will be behind the fog. The true one will makes sure to hold you down, because during holidays it will be the mom, or girl that visit, only.

If he gives “The Life”  up, would you still be down for him even with the dinero diminishes?
